Dean Leak is a high-performance culture and leadership coach with an exceptional track record of success. Over the course of his career, Dean has worked with Olympic Champions, coached Fortune 100 executives and transformed the performance for 100’s of iconic brands such as L’Oreal, IBM, Microsoft, WeWork, the British Government and The BBC, helping them build healthy, high performing results.

His focuses on human connection, effective communication, and cultural excellence has led to significant transformational changes to both individual and system levels. Dean is an empathetic performance disruptor who believes in creating a culture of performance enablement, empowering individuals and teams their full potential.

Dean is an expert in building trusted relationships and influence, having been trained by the UK’s leading neuroscientist and psychiatrist Professor Steve Peters (author of The Chimp Paradox), mentored by the foremost leaders in UK special forces, hostage negotiation, and communication specialists, and graduated from UK sports prestigious leadership program.

With 15 years at the forefront of Olympic high-performance success, Dean offers behind-the-scenes insights into building truly high-performing team cultures that create lasting legacy. Furthermore, Dean lead UK-wide talent searches for Great Britain’s future Olympic champions, creating performance environments that built a pipeline of multiple World and Olympic medallists. He has worked with numerous Olympic champions on resilience and mental preparedness, now applying those strategies with executive leaders, senior government officials, and leadership teams to deliver championship performances.

Dean offers clients a broad and unique insight into bringing out the best in people's potential.
